The Customer is responsible for reviewing information regularly published online on this page.

Applied Business Solutions may make use of information about our clients in promotional materials and advertising, and may make such information available to third parties for promotional or advertising purposes. You agree that such information may be used in such manner and for such purposes. Please see our privacy policy for more details.

The Customer warrants that information that the Customer provides when the Customer uses the services of Applied Business Solutions is correct, and the Customer agrees to notify Applied Business Solutions of any changes in such information.

The Customer warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and that they possess the legal right and ability to make use of Applied Business Solutions services.

The Customer must also inform Applied Business Solutions immediately if someone steals their password or if they find someone else is using their account. The Customer agrees to co-operate with Applied Business Solutions and the relevant authorities concerning any legal action taken arising from the misuse of the Customer's account by anyone else.

Applied Business Solutions expressly reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Customer's subscription without prior notice should the Customer fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds will be given solely at the discretion of the Company Management.

We reserve the right to remove from our systems any information/material we deem to be in breach of any of these terms without notice, and without prejudice to any other accrued rights, and/or to make available such information/material when required to do so by law or when requested to do so by regulatory bodies or law enforcement organisations.

The Customer's use of Applied Business Solutions is at their own risk. The Customer accepts full responsibility for such use and the risk of any loss resulting from their use of Applied Business Solutions services.

The Customer acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between the Customer and Applied Business Solutions as a result of their use of Applied Business Solutions. The Customer agrees not to hold themselves out as a representative, agent or employee of Applied Business Solutions.

Failure by Applied Business Solutions to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the remainder of these terms and conditions.
